Sound / Noise Leakage

Noise leaks can be difficult to locate. As noise tends to follow the same path as an air leak – a leak the size of a keyhole will reduce the sound insulation properties of a wall by 10dB – the same method of blower door and thermography can be utilized to track down the cause of noise leaks between rooms or floors.
